It’s Time To Tap Into Gratitude
Lives are busy and the demands on our attention, energy and presence can be draining. This is why we want to invite you to our first ever virtual yoga and wellness retreat.
We really want all of you to deepen your connection throughout the weekend. Connection with others, but most importantly connection with yourself. To help you bring more in-depth awareness to your practice, grab yourself a journal and a pen, and use the prompts from each session to help you tap into gratitude.
How To Join
All classes will be conducted online through live video sessions and pre-recorded content. This means you can attend this event from anywhere! You’ll need a Strong With Nature Yoga membership to practice the movement classes - sign up now and receive a 14 day trial!!!

Pre-Retreat Kick Off
6:00pm - Setting Your Intentions
Let go of the week, clear your mind and set your retreat intentions with a live conversation, journaling session and meditation with Victoria.
Saturday 7:45am
Tapping Into Gratitude
Let’s start off bright and early for a sunrise chat with Victoria & Iden (coffee or tea optional). They will discuss what it means to “Tap Into Gratitude” in your daily life, how to cultivate a gratitude practice and how this perspective can help you live a more fulfilling and joyful life.

Energizing Morning Flow
Sometimes we need to give ourselves a little extra energy in the morning. This class will start off with some gentle movements, working your way into strong standing postures. End off your session with a beautiful heart opener and savasana.
Style: Vinyasa Level: Level 1 Length: 60 Minute
Saturday 11:00am
Oils for Yogis
You can enhance your yoga practice by incorporating essential oils into your regular practice. Come to learn how to use essential oils to increase your focus, deepen your intention, and enhance your practice both mentally and physically. If you have some essential oils at home, grab your favourite scents before joining in.


Saturday 6:00pm
Loving Kindness
Embody loving-kindness after diving deep into this yin and guided meditation class. Open up your lower body with juicy yin postures, and then open up your heart through a peaceful guided meditation.
Level: Level 1 Style: Yin/Restorative. Length: 60 Minute
Saturday 7:15pm
Drift off with Gratitude
Grab your journal and end your day with a clear mind and grateful heart. Release your thoughts and emotions as you reflect on your day, bringing gratitude to the front of your mind.


Sunday 8:00am
Energize Your Morning
Jump out of bed and move your body with some free movement and opening postures. You'll feel energized and ready to take on the day.
Style: Vinyasa Level: Level 2. Length: 10 Minute
Sunday 10:00am
Gong Bath
Take yourself on a magical journey with the sounds of the beautiful gong washing over you. Close your eyes and relax for the next 30 minutes.


Sunday 1:00pm
Flow & Let Go
Give yourself the opportunity to let go through your vinyasa flow. Work through your Surya Namaskars with a little 'kick' to your regular postures. It's an entire body workout!!!
Style: Vinyasa. Level: Level 2 Length: 60 Minute
Sunday 5:45pm
Mindfulness Talk & Meditation
Close off the weekend with a short talk, meditation and journaling class to close our your weekend with appreciation and gratitude
