  • Slow Flow: Tuesday's 10-11am / Sept 2 - Dec 2, 2025 (no class Oct 14 or Nov 11)
  • Mobility: Wednesday's 10-11am / Sept 3 - Dec 3, 2025 (no class Oct 15 or Nov 12)
  • Vinyasa: Saturday's 10:15-11:15am/ Sept 6 - Dec 6, 2025 (no class Oct 11 or Nov 15)
